This place is a little depressing. The guy working there was very efficient. But it's a tiny little office that seems to have been disowned by the surrounding businesses... Lots of "We're not the IRS." and "IRS is around the corner. Do not enter here!" and "Bathroom is not available for people visiting IRS office." That we the depressing part. But I got my paperwork turned in without a problem.
It's confusing to get to the room and once you finally arrive you're greeted by unpleasant, almost condescending attitudes. Not a fan.
I went to their office regarding a potential fraud case that I believe had occurred. Mr. Mozumder did not seem to care or even give any suggestion on how to go about resolving an issue that can be a bigger issue in the future for a family member of mine. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I spoke to Ms. Rhonda Revels on the phone, who wasn't much help either. I wanted to ask her an additional question afterwards to verify something and she told Mr. Mozumder that she did not want to speak with me. This situation was poorly handled. I am back to square one with no solutions. Thanks for nothing.
