I got my appointment with no problem. I wanted layers and the back of my head dyed red. I have very dark hair so i new they would need to bleach it. Not only did they mess it up by first dying it a light brown and stating " your hair wont get anymore red than that" but when they finally "fixed" my hair to actually make it red, there were many parts that i noticed were still black. They also did not dye all of my hair that i wanted and she took the decision into her own hands. They may cut hair well but don't go there for dying your hair. They were awful and tried to rush though the process so they could get out. Never again!!
HORRIBLE! I got a Brazilian Wax done and it was horrible! I get them done every 4 to 5 weeks, so I know they are suppose to hurt, but this time around, something just was not right!!! Not only was I screaming at the top of my lungs because of the pain, but she also burned me with the wax... NOT GOOD!!! On top of it, she told me to she if she missed any stops and she didn't even give me a mirror. Once I got home, I realized she did miss stops and had serious irritation. For the amount of pain and the horrible job she had done the price was not worth it ($60)... avoid this place as much as you can!
I called this salon several times and left messages stating what I wanted/needed for my hair. The answering machine specifically said that she is accepting new clients, and will call back within 24 hours. I never received a call back....EVER!!
So, this place obviously doesn't care about customer service. DON'T GO THERE.
