The staff if very friendly here. Store is generally clean and the cafe is lovely.
This is a great place to go to they have so many nice things to look at It makes it even better because it has star bucks in it. Has a very nice sitting area and is always kept clean. There is very nice staff there i would check it out.
What I don't enjoy is that they've decreased the amount of manga they carry. Not sure if this is a corporate choice or the stores.
Seems like the shelves are only stocked with fiction and nonsense. But I suppose it's because most idiots in this country don't bother with nonfiction or elevating their thinking. Well kept and clean. Has its own bathroom.
No clerks at the checkout on the mall side. Inconvenient to use other side. Pleasant staff at checkout, but no one working the floor to answer questions. Mediocre experience due to short staffing. Won't be back soon.
Was so happy the customer service desk had someone there that was totally qualified. Found the book within minutes!
