We just had our dark blue Kia Sorento detailed with Dr. Details and saying we're happy with the way it turned out doesn't even come close. From start to finish they were great to deal with and truly exceeded our expectations. It started out when I called to set an appointment and I spoke with Adam. He's got a great personality, knows what he's talking about and was very accommodating to our schedule. I explained that there was a scratch on the Sorento that was about 3" long and about 1/8" wide. Adam said not to worry they would do the best they could with it but obviously needed to see it first. When we got there for our appointment Adam greeted us, came out and looked at the scratch and felt that they could take care of it. When we came to pick up the Sorento we couldn't believe it. Not only did they get the scratch out, the Sorento looked better then the day we bought it from the dealership. The interior was immaculate, the wheels and tires shined and the exterior was like dark blue glass. We would highly recommend Adam and Dr. Details to anyone.
Everyone at Doctor Tint, from the front desk to the people doing the work on my car did a phenomenal job! The inside and outside of the car looked brand new. When my friends saw it, they were like WOW!!, which of course led them to, "Where did you go?" So I referred them to Doctor Tint. So for anyone looking for a place to take your car for both inside and outside detailing, cleaning, etc. I highly recommend this place. :)
Adam, one of the managers, has honestly given me the worst customer service I've ever experienced from any business. First, I had an appointment for a window tint that they had to fix. Upon my arrival, Adam meets me in the parking lot and explains that their ONLY perso. Qualified to perform tint jobs has just called in sick (okay, things happen). I would have appreciated a phone call, however. So Assam walks me inside, apologizing the entire time, and then sets up another appointment for the following week (today). So upon my return, he sees me pull up and again meets me in the parking lot. He explains that his window tint guy is running 20 minutes late. My appointment is at 0930, so I say "no big deal." So my son and I are waiting inside for over an hour!!! No explanation, no apologies! Are you kidding me??? Two SCHEDULED appointments, and two last minute/on site cancellations. And to make things worse, he guaranteed me after the first cancellation that they would make things right. Right there, 9in the shop I made an appointment with another company. When they asked which company I had trouble with, and I said Dr Tint, they laughed and were not surprised. STAY AWAY. Adam, please get a job away from customer service.
I would steer clear of this place. I was quoted one price for doing the window tints on the sedan and charged another because it took him longer than he "expected". He then told me the coupon that he had told me to get off their very own website wasn't valid. This was to add that they were 2 hours late on getting the job done because their "guy" wasn't their yet and late getting in at 9:30am. Avoid this place at all costs!
Polite, professional, experienced staff. The service was quick and I didn't wait, they were ready for me. In the end the job looks amazing and I got exactly what I asked for, thanks doctor tint.
