Awesome business
I don't think i have ever seen such horrible customer service. Three times we have had them scheduled to come out....each time they never showed up on time and never bothered themselves to call anyone and let them know. When we called them we got lies and more lies. Jeff told the lies and Ralph backed Jeff up and did not care that his people are repeatedly late. They have no respect for anyone else's time. Why would the employees care though when the manager doesn't? Guess they wouldn't. Time to find a company that does care that the customers pay the bills that pay the employees wages.
