I can't tell you how much I love these people and this place. My husband and I experienced the most tragic loss of our 5 year old daughter on January 25, 2016, one day before her 6th birthday. These are the most compassionate people I have ever met and handled our daughter and us wonderfully. I can't speak more highly of Kelly Zimmerman who we directly worked with. Just a lovely, lovely, woman...patient, kind, compassionate. She helped us so much and was delicate and sensitive when discussing painful information with us. I love you all so much. You did such an excellent job, there just isn't more to say than that.
