They destroyed my toenails, because they ripped off the top layer off toenail with the gel!!! Now my toenails are breaking painfully and there is nothing I can do about it, my doctor saying that it just has to grow out from where they destroyed my nail from tearing it off.
I watched a lady get out of the pedi chair, they sprayed it with the water hose, NO cleaners, no bleach at all, then sat another lady in that chair & started right up the pedi tub of water & started doing hers. Absolutely disgusting!
On top of that the lady cut 2 of my toes with the cuticle cutters, trying to make me put my feet back in the bath, I refused, then poured rubbing alcohol right on them, zero warning they were going to.
I got an eyebrow wax here and the woman did a wonderful job. She took her time, but I wasn't there too long and my brows looked great! Plus I had no wait time for a walk in on a Saturday.
They did a decent job on my daughter's nails. My only complaint is that they didn't apply the product close to the cuticle. So although her nails were just done, they already looked a couple of weeks old because of the noticeable gap between the product and her cuticle. I wasn't there when she got her nails done. But I'm sure if you let your tech know to get closer to your cuticle, she will... so problem solved.
Horrible experience. They rushed threw my nails. I asked for almond shaped nails and they gave me circle shaped nails. When I called back asking for my money back they told me no and that they would fix my nails. When I went back to get my nails fixed they argued with me and told me that fixing them would be $10, which wasn’t stated over the phone. It took me getting law enforcement involved for them to take my nails off and give me my money back. If there was an option for 0/5 that’s what I would give them, but unfortunately there isn’t. I would not recommend going to this salon. Also when the lady was putting my money back on my card, she had to FaceTime someone for instructions. All of the employees should be trained for refunds.
I was completely wrong. Not only did they keep trying to up sell things to me, even after saying NO, when they took my gel polish off my toenails, they refused to soak them/do the foil covering method, instead she used her cuticle cutters to TEAR the polish off my toenails, when I said something, she said no it was fine.
Always pleasant, and do a great job on my manicures with gel polish. They last me two weeks and I am rough on my hands too! My natural nails are strong now as they give me tips on how to take care of them. If you are not in a hurry and want real salon quality nails, I think you should give them a try. If you want cheap and have no patience for quality work you are just missing out.
Don’t waste your money or risk your nail health by going here!
They DON’T CLEAN their pedicure baths between clients!!
Changing my review to 1 star, I would do 0 starts if possible. I foolishly went back thinking my previous visit was just a fluke, since I had great experiences before.
