I shop here a lot, but the cashier, at self-checkout, shrugged us off when trying to scan our Lowes card, so we walked to the other side and checked out. It wasn’t the walk, but the fact the cashier shrugged us off and said “hope you can find help”. Several people walked away from the cashier at that moment. Other than that, the site is great and normally has great employees. I’ll update as I shop their more often and see if the customer service has improved from the cashier.
RUN AWAY FAST...bought a LG refrigerator in 12/2015...they delivered..ice maker didn't work...they had to send A&E out to determine it didn't work then send someone back out to fix it...INEFFICIENT at best...now 12/2017 discovered the refrigerator leaking water...ruined my hardwood floors...called Lowes on Sunday evening and they scheduled repair for Tuesday...got a call from A&E on Monday for me to call them...waited on the phone for over an hour till I got through to a person...they pushed the repair back to 8 days later...LOWES NEEDS TO FIND A RELIABLE APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY...POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. I called Lowes to discuss this...their hands are tied...they could do nothing...AGAIN RUN AWAY....POOR POOR POOR SERVICE...oh and the plastic drawer cover that broke isn't included in the warranty...Let's see #DONTSHOPLOWES, #A&EREPAIRCOMPANYTHEWORSE, #LGQUALITYPOORPOORPOOR
Very nice place for all home improvement projects. Giant eagle now carry lowes gift card for extra gas purchase savings.
Lowe's employees have always been polite and usually very knowledgeable about where to find things in their store. Recently I had to return an unused/ unopened item. The CS Desk was fast and well trained. It seems obvious that Lowe's holds their employees to a high standard. They're always busy (no employee loitering). The store is always neat. I never see retaped pre-opened stock, that is commonplace at other large retailers. The service and store is excellent!
Manager Theresa helped alot. Steve on the floor as well. I will return as the store remains well lit and the staff enthusiastic. Wish the Smart Door Lock had price closer to Amazon, though ;)
