Horrible communication on their end. They outright lied when they said that he would read my email and get back to me. He didn't call me until I'd called a second time over a week later, and he still hadn't read my email. Finally, neither he nor anyone from the office offered any apology or explanation for their poor handling of the situation.
I sent the office an email describing my situation on Wednesday, September 28 and requesting that someone contact me for a consultation. The following Monday, I still had not received a response, so I called in and the secretary said she'd let him know I called. Eleven days later, still nothing. So I called in again and this time he called me back a few hours later. He said he'd never read my email, even though I'd sent it over two weeks earlier and the secretary I spoke to eleven days earlier told me that he would read it. So I verbally explained my situation to him. He said that my case had merit but that it was "too small" for him to take on and that he was working on larger cases at the moment.
I do not reccommend this attorney. Look elsewhere. He's too busy for you, after all.
So I waited over two weeks with no communication from them just to have him turn me down.
