This agency is one of the most unprofessional, poorly run with about the worst customer service I have EVER delt with in my life. I would give it a NEGATIVE rating if I could!!!!
They always handle everything fast nd was courteous. Never had an issue with them. If you have respect for the ones who you come to assistance for, you will get that back in return! Don't be ratchet lol
It's pretty much what you would expect from a social services building. I see these people get treated like crap because everyone expects to come in and be guaranteed a free ride without having to even wait their turn but the staff keep a smile and get their job done. I've never had any issues with their services. There was a minor hang up due to my boyfriends last place of work not updating their information but it was easily corrected. Just be polite and remember that these people are nice enough to help you out when you can't afford things on your own.
This place needs new leadership! They screw up and you pay for it . No penalty for the worker who mass it up. If you can please stay as far away as possible. Go some place else. Nightmare
