Maggie was very polite and informative. She helped me decide what type of unit I would need based on what I would be storing and for how long and she was spot on about everything. You can tell she is well versed in this industry. This is the 4th storage unit facility I have dealt with, and by far my experience here has blown all the other facilities out of the water. Customer service, cost of the units, ease of access and cleanliness are all 10 out of 10.
The customer service at this Extra Space location has been phenomenal, and I couldn't be happier with how Maggie and her staff handled our 'move-in.' The facility itself is also clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this location!

Maggie really makes this place. Not only is it a great value, but to have such great customer service as well is very hard to find. You really get to have you cake and eat it too. Just moved to the Frederick area from out of state and rented an indoor unit at this location. I worked with Maggie to set up the reservation so that everything was ready to go once we got there. Although there was a small misunderstanding on my end about when we could get into the unit, Maggie did everything she could to make sure we were able to come to a resolution to get into a unit that same day, especially since we had to return the rental truck back the following day. She personally made sure that we were able to get into the facility and walked us directly to the unit to show us where it was. They also ensured that the our Extra Space storage unit rental at our previous location was promptly cancelled.
