I recently bought a bike at The Bicycle Escape and had a great experience! I haven't ridden a bike since I was young and knew nothing about what I was looking for. They took the time to explain and answer all questions I had. I even got to test the bike out to make sure it was right for me. Since we had such a fantastic experience and I am enjoying riding, I returned with my husband to buy a new bike for him. He too, had not ridden in years and was full of questions. Everyone at the shop was helpful in answering questions. He too tried out and fell in love with a bike. It didn't end there, however, my husband had questions about accessories and they took the time to walk him through the options. We also got the chance to see interactions with other customers and saw how friendly and inviting everyone was in the store. What a warm and inviting feeling the store provides. You cannot say that about too many places these days. Thank you to The Bicycle Escape, we will be back!
We took our grandson’s 25y/o specialized bike in to the Bicycle Escape for a well deserved overhaul. The manager, Roger Rinker, was extremely helpful explaining what the bike needed to be put back in a safe working order. He never tried to over sell or push a bunch of new products. He understood what we wanted and did his best for our situation. When we went to pick up the bike, the staff was, again very friendly and helpful. Thank you, BICYCLE ESCAPE!
Top notch service, knowledge and staff. This shop is my go to, for anything needed on my bicycle. Staff has always done an awesome job of tuning my bike each year and updating it when needed. Tom and staff are also very active in promoting the cycling community through out the county... Keep up the great work folks.
I purchased my first bicycle from the Bicycle Escape over 10 years ago. From the very start, I was impressed with the depth of knowledge & customer service that came with that interaction. Since that time, I've had my bicycle tune ups there & have had nothing but top notch attention to detail & genuine friendliness. Additionally, both my childrens' bicycles have been purchased at the Bicycle Escape--from their first balance bikes & teeny helmets to little bikes with training wheels & now their "big kid" bikes, along with all the fun accessories. Each bike purchase has been a fun experience for my kiddos.
