Tom helped me find an obscure part for an old trek multitrack. He didn't have the exact thing, but it came close enough that we were able to figure how to cleanly modify it to be perfect. Good selection, good prices and very good staff. Great little shop.

It's a free country. People know they can write bad things with few or no repercussions. But the two one-star reviews are, in 2017 parlance, the handiwork of FAKE reviewers. Seriously, not to be believed. If you are a serious cyclist with a high-value bike, there's no better shop in the area. Bar none. If you are new to the sport and looking for advice, the staff is supportive, instructive and realistic. Tom and Michael are the real deal.
