Video ordering for drive through is a revelation
They keep scalding the milk on a latte...please learn proper way to steam milk. What is being done now is 100% the wrong way. Been a couple times to this new location and not only is it cold and uninviting, but I have yet to have a latte made as well as the previous locale and staff are simply under trained and don't care. Can't even hear them when they call your name once your item is ready. More concerned about drive-thru customers and numbers than quality. When you hear the frother squeal loudly in the milk, YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG!!!! Train your staff!!!!!!
