Customer service is awesome! They are very personable with the customers. After first visit, the staff makes it seem as if we've known each other for a long time. Love that there is a variety of vehicles they can provide at this location.

Get to Harrisburg, low tire light twice and taking time to find place to pump up. They didn't have an equivalent charge to exchange. Mr Gordon was courteous and helpful. Heard him on phone with Sue in Hershey and she had two cars. When I arrived, said she had just rented them. Said she has expected me sooner. Had had two stops and heavy traffic. She should have held the car for me no matter what my arrival time was. She offers me exhange -- neither acceptable. One compact and other a jeep which I had driven two years ago and piece of junk. So more time wasted. She had me good to Goodyear place nearby and I had to ask them for a ride. On return that day found they had replaced back rear left time. Another lady in office will Sue so backup. I asked her if she could give me a ride and take care of getting car to Goodyear but oh no even though she had the two cars she offered me. Let me again say that Mr Gordon and ladies name in same office who finally exchanged car for me were pleasant and trying to be helpful.
Since my two careers, this is probably worst experience I've had.
They were a bit late to pick me up but other than that a good transaction. The car was a late model vehicle in very good condition. The rental agent was careful to point out a scratch on the bumper during the visual inspection.
No complaints.
I have several upcoming trips. It had been a long time since I had used Enterprise. Family owned -- maybe your had the wrong people who don't have good customer and/organization skills- Frederick and Hershey

First, picking car up in Frederick MD was a very protrated event with seemingly little organization. I had hoped to be much briefer since my husband needed to be on the road ASAP for a 700 mile plus trip returning home. My impression was it was Saturday really didn't want to work so why have my effort.
I'm a long-standing customer of enterprise car rental. This time I was picked up from my home as scheduled, a complimentary service that is very convenient for me. The paperwork and getting to the car was smooth. The car was not quite clean, a bubble gum and other dirt were sticking to the base of the gear stick and the maintenance notification blinking on the dashboard. There was a dirty napkin (reddish, wondered what was it used for) was in the trunk. I don't care about all this but just writing to inform the service provider if care to read. Other customers may not like this kind of a nuisance. Nonetheless, I'll keep renting cars from Enterprise as long as they satisfy my need.
Then when I inspected car, it was not clean in front interior and bugs all cover front bumper concealing scratches which she explained as no problem just bug stuff. I took pictures and front any other areas. Offered to exchange cars but declined for reasons above.
Enterprise has my and my family's rental car needs satisfied.
They go above and beyond to meet your expectations. The facility itself is clean and well maintained a plus in their favor!
There is always an impression of waiting too long but this is due to the high volume of people visiting this location. I am always mindful that if a location is frequently visited and busy its because the customers feel this is a place they would like to do business.
