I will never rent from HERTZ, horrible customer service, I had an reservation and it was not kept, nobody called me or email me to inform me. Unprofessional, rude and uneducated staff. If I could give them negative rating, I would because that's what they deserve.
JD and his staff were very helpful, respectful, friendly and kind. They guaranteed and delivered the car promptly. This Hertz site is still the best in all states. They exhibit gargantuan and indefatigable diligence with profound alacrity and sagacity. It is always a pleasure to rent from FREDERICK, HERTZ. JD should be highly commended for being a good ambassador and passionate employee of HERTZ. The staff's positive attributes are much cherished and worthy of emulation by other car rentals.
Jeremy Dorsey exhibited great customer service from start to finish. Jeremy should be rewarded for his knowledge and professionalism during my visit with Hertz on 8/14/17. With a rapid decline in great customer service on the horizon, Jeremy's willingness to carry the torch of empowerment says a lot about his honor, courage and commitment.
The car was not delivered clean, especially the windshield. I had to immediately take it on my own to get it washed before starting the journey. The pick up and delivery process was prompt and courteous. Requested to be credited with airline miles but the system automatically awarded Hertz points even though I specifically requested to be credited with airline miles in the online reservation and indicated willingness to pay $1/day of rental for this option.
I had a rental car scheduled and he charged my card without me knowing, but I had to make sure I had enough for the 200 dollar depot they spring on you. I left the building for 20 mins and he voided my car and now I can't get the rental bc the idiot void the transaction and I don't have enough to charge another 300 so i have to wait for the money to post back to the account so now I have no way around all bcc this guy was a complete idiot
