I came in for a root canal in so much pain & out of 8 different dentist in my area he was the most affordable & right away they gave me an appt & helped me out with this unbearable pain .
I've been going to Dr. Mahmassani since I was just a little boy. Growing up with him as my dentist was the best decision my family could have made for me. And don't even get me started on his staff, very excellent group of people. They make you feel right at home. Truly amazing service.
I was a patient from out of town. It was very easy for new patients. You can fill out your insurance/medical history online so you're ready when you arrive. All staff were not only professional and skilled, but also very personable and informative about what exactly is going on my mouth (maybe I just like knowing). I would recommend this practice to anyone. Excellent!
You come in the office & the atmosphere is so peaceful & you feel like family there ! The front lady is the sweetest ever & the Dr Mahmassani & his staff are so professional so caring so gentle it was the best experience I've had with a dentist in a long time ! Specially me I'm always scared of the dentist even with a cleaning but they were AMAZING
Dr. Omar has been my dentist for my entire life. His staff treats me like family, and he is the kindest, gentlest dentist around! I have never felt even a pinch of pain. Definitely give his practice a try.
My first appointment went fine, the staff and Dr. Mahmassani were friendly and I have no complaints about the cleaning they gave me. My problem is with what I view as an exhorbitant fee that I was charged. I accidentally missed a scheduled cleaning and received a bill for $136.00 as a 'broken appointment' fee. I can understand charging a fee for a missed appointment, but $136 seems very excessive to me. I will not be returning to this office.
