We purchased our U-1 about 4 years ago for a great price. Recently the shelf where one places the music sheet couldn't stay attached to the lid when closing. We called and the owner helped order the replacement hinge and pin; he actually came to our house personally and help replace it. Wonderful service and I always recommend my friends to visit there when looking for a piano.
Teresa and her husband make a great team. They had a used Baldwin upright in their store in our desired price range. I called numerous other places and felt the most at ease with them. They really took the time to work with us over the phone, then in person at the store. Not only did they welcome us like we were family when we got there, but they also took the time to educate us on what we were buying. Teresa’s knowledge on all things piano is so impressive. We were able to qualify for financing through a company they use, and they made the whole process so easy. They even included a 1 year warranty, free tuning once the piano had a few weeks to settle at our house, and free delivery. I highly recommend them.
