Have had the same hairdresser for the last 10+ years and she was great, but was ready to make a change. I work with Elise at one of my other jobs and she was dying to get her hands on my hair. She made suggestions of what colors would work best for my hair during the summer months since I am out in the sun quite a bit. She did a great job, can't wait for my hair to grow out so I can try other styles for longer hair. Everyone at the Salon was very friendly and welcoming from the staff at the reception desk, to the stylists and shampoo girls. Mary, the owner was nice enough to give me a tour of the entire salon and I was very impressed with her vision of how she wanted the salon to look and feel. Thanks so much for making my first visit a great experience.
Love this place. I’m super picky about my hair and I’ve always left feeling like a million bucks. Go to Lacey, she’s the bomb diggity. Knows her stuff, is honest about what looks good on you, and very throrough. This might be something small but I️ have never gone to a place where they don’t rush through blow drying my hair; you’d think you were Lacey’s only client of the day with as much time and detail she puts into making you look nice. Always a treat to get my hair done here.
This was THE BEST salon experience I have ever had! From the second I walked in, I was warmly greeted by everyone behind the counter. While I waited, I was offered beverages and a cozy spot to sit. My stylist, Douglas, was phenomenal! He provided excellent and honest feedback when discussing the look and style I was trying to achieve. There was no pressure to do or purchase anything I was not on board with. The cut came out much better than I anticipated and I ended up referring my husband to Douglas as he is also a barber. As I was leaving, the owner came up, introduced herself, shook my hand and thanked me for coming in. That may not mean anything to some, but it says a lot about why her salon has thrived. It goes without saying that I will be a repeat customer.
Great experience, been in FL for 4 yrs. New place is fabulous & of course my hair dresser Tammy was still there. So very happy to be back.
I am so pleased that I was referred to New York New York Hair Salon to Mary Louise. She is the best! I love how she does my hair, especially the color. She always has the best suggestions when I want something new and is always look great! The salon and spa is beautiful and customer service is excellent.
