My doctor takes way to long to process my prescription requests. I feel like I am being punished for using doctors outside the VA who write prescriptions the VA fills.
Me: You don't have to be rude, I was just trying to get some help.
Him: It's a Sunday and this isn't the line for that........
Him: yeah, what do you want?
Me: Can you hear me?
This guy should be fired. I hate the garbage that sometimes gets hired to take care of veterans and the military. I guess it's a good thing I wasn't dying on a Sunday...
Just called to try and schedule an appointment with them. The conversation went like this
Him: Ok. (Hangs Up)
Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Easy to locate on base.
Me: Oh ok, sorry. I am trying to schedule an appointment and the automated system wouldn't let me do it.
I see the therapist here and she's wonderful. Caring and compassionate. The front staff seems nice. Compared to other VA clinics we have it really good here!!!
Me: Hi, how are you?
Him: ............
Him: Thanks for calling.
