purchased a $4,000 engagement ring that i thought was flawless and it had 2 huge inclusions in it. was told by the salesperson Ami that her jeweler could hide the inclusions if they moved the stone around. then i purchased diamond earrings from them a few months later that i was told were exceptional quality. i may as well have purchased a clump of coal, because for $2500, i purchased paperweights fri'm them. You know it's bad when you can't even sell them to a pawn shop. i tried to take them back but of course they don't do returns. i could upgrade the diamond but not free of charge- i wanted to downgrade the diamonds and recoup the money i spent on the lumps of coal but the OWNER refuses to accommodate me. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FRIM THEM AGAIN. i submitted a claim against them due to poor quality of merchandise, being over charged when the original price was only supposed to be $899 to upgrade earrings that i picked out previously. When i did that someone from Waldins claimed they tried to contact me to discuss my claim and reported back to my credit card company that i refused to call them back. More outrageous lies, if you purchase jewelry from there tell them you want to see the diamond through LOOP. Buyer beware, you're gonna get scammed! Go to Jared's or Litmans! Severely dissatisfied customer who has earrings that aren't work the gold that holds them in place!
Best place to go for any jewelry. Beth and Ami were very helpful . I will never go anywhere else.

Hmmm so a story goes around Facebook about a lady who was sold fake diamonds there. We know how Facebook is all it takes is one person to say something and to the hills we go. Come on people be smarter than that they would be long gone out of business if that was the case why do think there's only this one chick complaining look at all these reviews all good. All I'm saying is be your own judge stop letting people persuade you one way. I have personally bought from there no issues here.
Amazing collections and best customer service. They have a wide range of collections and have a jeweler on site. I was able to take the ring with me same day. HIGHLY satisfied!!!!!!!!
