Sub were OK, although it took forever for a Jersey Mike's. They seem to always have someone green on the grill. Who ever manages this location needs some management training.
I ordered online and picked up me and my kids food. I come here often, but when the male employee asked me if I purchase the order already (the receipt showed PAID) I thought about double checking the order itself entirely. I drove home, set up the table, got drinks ready, and was sadly disappointed when unrolling the sandwich covers. The employees at Jersey Mikes only provided meat and bread. No, lettuce, no tomatoes, no mayonnaise, no oil, and no vinegar.... If the management at Jersey Mikes would like to contact me to resolve this, I’d be happy to listen; otherwise, this review will remain with the hope everyone will double check their meals since I can’t say the Jersey Mike’s staff take their job seriously at all.
Frederick Md location is very unorganized and no management staff. I was asked what kind of sub I wanted and it was never made. Tables were not cleaned and all they were worried about was what time they are getting off. I will stick with Subway.
Excellent sandwiches. I was so impressed with the staff. Everyone was smiling, polite and helpful. Not to mention the place was extremely clean. The guys and girls behind the counter made this experience the full five stars!
