Forgot an entire meal from my order. I attempted to rectify the problem by calling the store but the phone rings with no answer. At least corporate is sending me coupons for the meal. I wouldn't have a huge problem with forgetting an item (as it's typical for fast food) if fast food workers weren't demanding $15 dollars an hour. I'll agree to that when they start checking orders before they send them out. Seems like an easy task, right? Get your phone fixed and most importantly, SEND PEOPLE HOME WITH THE FOOD THEY PAID FOR!
This is one of the best Taco Bell's I've been to. I used to go here a couple times per month, and nearly every time was a perfect experience. The employees are professional and quick. Always ask how I'm doing and making sure the order is right. This place is well run, and they all deserve kudos, especially management for training their employees well
Drive thru extremely slow. My cup was full of ice and got shorted on Sprite. We deserve better service than this and this Taco Bell should be shut down for poor business.
Worst Taco Bell in Frederick and I’ve been to them all. I’m fat. Great place for cold food and long waits.
It's a taco bell- if you have any expectations at all, you're already doing it wrong. I usually am pretty trusting of fast food places, but at this particular t-bell, make sure you check your bag before you leave. I would they have a 2/10 success rate for completing my order successfully.
