I am a heart patient who uses nitroglycerin regularly. Other kaiser pharmacies carry small 25 pill bottles, and they give me a package of four mini bottles; so that I can keep one in car, one in the pocket one in office etc. In Fredrick Pharmacy, I have not been able to convince them to carry mini bottles. Ultimately, I had I had my cardiologist prescribe it, yet the pharmacy said, "We don't carry that." When I called the pharmacist and insisted on ordering it, she rudely yanked the bottle from my hand and said, I will see if I can order it, and muttered "who knows how much it will cost." Since I am totally out, I needed the pills, to which she said, then I can't order it. This is one of the several real bad experiences I have had at this pharmacy; despite complaints Kaiser seems unconcerned. All other pharmacies work for the welfare and comfort of patient, this pharmacy works to show you down, what a shame!
We've been going here for about 9 years now. Wait times are almost never very long, and the staff is great.
Dr Son is great. She’s very friendly and personable. She seems genuinely concerned with any health problems I’ve come to her with. All other staff are super friendly and helpful.
The professionals who work here are all wonderful people and make a trip to the doctor as worry free as possible. I love that there is a pharmacy on site, and a blood work laboratory too! Just wow.
First time here. My doctor and nurse were really nice, but there was a weird smell in the waiting room, and I literally witnessed aother nurse yell at a lady in the waiting room because she had accidently been in another part of the wing with her child. I've never seen a nurse yell at anyone anywhere before. It was just strange.
