This pharmacist was more interested in going home then helping me
They are always friendly and welcoming. They make an effort to help me any time I need assistance.
First off, the cashier, Jennifer, was extremely rude. I was telling her I was picking up a prescription for my daughter and she cut me off, asking for “the name” (which I was stating anyways but she cut me off too quickly before I could even say that). Then I was told that it wasn’t ready bc of incorrect insurance information, which I never received a phone call about (my daughter’s pediatrician had called in a prescription at 11am; it was 4pm at time of my pick up). Then I was rudely told they’d fill it but I’d have to wait and it would be about 10-15 mins. I’m sitting there waiting, in clear view of the cashier. The pharmacist was the one who asked if I was waiting and she told me that it was ready and that I’d have to get back in line. The cashier didn’t say a word. And then I had to get back in line (after waiting 20 mins) and wait behind four people. When it was FINALLY my turn, the same cashier, Jennifer, took another lady that had been waiting, who got there after me, first and made me wait AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All in all, I was there for 2 prescriptions for an hour. I won’t be going back there, period.
