I was running late to a wedding and stopped at Zales to see if they could resize my watch. When the Zales staff did not have the right tools for my style of watch, they went to PJs and PJs was able to resize my watch for me at no cost. And, I made it to the wedding on time!
I just got a new watch and needed to get the band re-sized to fit me. I wasn't sure where to go, so went to the mall. I stopped at a jewelry store and they didn't have the tools for my watch and they recommended PJ Watch and Jewelry Repair. I dropped off the watch to have it resized, and they had it ready for me when I came back just a few minutes later. Both people I talked with at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back for any other watch related repairs in the future.
