I have been waiting on cab for 45 min and now no one will answer the phone
Update: It's been an hour now. The woman dispatcher was much nicer to talk to on the phone and was the only one out of the three times I called to provide me an ETA.

There's is nothing good to say about this place. You call who ever answers is ride and rushes you off the phone. You wait for a cab to show up and it doesn't atleast not within the hour you called and if you call back to find out where the driver is or how much longer no one picks up or you get the same rude person acting as if you are annoying them by putting money in there pocket
More than a half hour to dispatch cabs to a business that's literally one street over from your office. Makes no sense. I could send my customers walking to you next time and maybe they'd get served faster. Also, the male dispatcher's voice is consistently aggravated sounding.
The driver was a 5 star but the dispatcher was a zero star. He couldn't be less helpful if he tried. Hey Mr. Dispatcher, if you are that miserable in your job, do something where the public doesn't have to interact with you. You truly are the worst kind of person to have answering the phone. If I owned this business and you treated my customers on the phone like that, I would fire you on the spot.
(((Cab driver number 48)))discriminates against certain customers!!!!Former "military veteran #48" would rather sit and wait for no one to come for 20 minutes instead of doing his job. I waited in the rain for 20 minutes after I called and made an rsvp. (Ironically former and current military are family) and this guy is a scumbag and a disgrace to ever serve.
