Mike was calm, cool and collected at all times throughout the process which was a great comfort to us and we worked with a difficult buyer. Mike was always professional, quick to respond, available when we needed him, and never pressured us to make decisions we weren’t comfortable with. The previous one star rating (Jennifer Durnan) is from a representative of a mortgage company that was originating a loan for my perspective buyer at the time. They were not very responsive, even after the closing date was missed. It was at this time Mike stepped up and looked for answers, escalating the problem to the mortgage company management. I called him daily during this time and he had an answer for what he was doing every time and it was clear he would not let the issue drop. Ultimately the loan fell through because of the mortgage companies incompetence. I hope Mike wears that one star as a badge of pride, he got it taking care of an actual client, I only wish I could give him ten.

My wife and I sat down with Mike for an initial interview and he was able to tell us what we needed to do in order to sell our house within the time period we were looking at. We took his advice, updated appliances, and took his recommendation on the sale price. Our house was not even on the market a week before we got a contract!
