Expensive but I love their clothes
I love the store, clothes, and fitting rooms but they lack at customer service. I have been to this location on 3 occasions this month and all 3 times the staff has not been friendly. Last night I went to the store to have an ink tag removed that was left on by the cashier over the weekend. Mind you I live over 30 minutes away. The cashier removed it with no apology or words but more of an attitude that I asked her to. I drove a total of an hour to fix YOUR mistake not to mention it’s the holidays and you treated me as though I inconvenienced you. Hopefully they will change their attitudes after the holidays and I can edit this review.
I love their clothes but their credit card carriers SUCK. They take out extra fees, their agents are extremely rude (all three I've talked to) and their online system is horrible! I put in a gift card and at first it accepted it, I added something to my order, went back, and it didn't accept it after that. Then I just gave up on the gift card and used my torrid insider credit card only and te order still wouldn't go through. If they want to chase away business, they're doing a good job of it.
The associates are great and really work hard to help the customers. Love the spacious dressing rooms.
The young woman who did my return (Lis?) was wonderful! I don’t like Torrids return policy (you pay to send back online purchases) but this employee made coming to the store nice!
