Excellent customer service! I never had any issues with the unit I rented or with any of the staff. This is the most affordable storage facility I could find in Frederick. I will use Frederick Self Storage again when I need it.
We rented a unit, discovered it was too small and needed to upgrade to a larger unit, well it took us a while to get everything moved over, the manager, Michael Martin was not only understanding but extremely helpful

I've been storing items at Frederick Self Storage for nearly 15 years, and have had excellent service the entire time. The first time I drove up there, I couldn't believe the storage place was located next to a field where cows were grazing. Great place - moderate prices - perfect.
