STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Called and scheduled an appointment to have vehicle towed. They were a no-show. No phone calls, nothing.
Update: Dave fixed the problem! I just drove my Volvo over 1000 miles, and didn't have the slightest hiccup. Thanks, Dave! I'm sending my local friends your way!
THE RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees refused to give the phone to the manager or give any contact information. The tow truck was supposed to show up at 10AM they claimed it was at my residence at 12 PM however it was not. The employees used very deragatory language. I would never recommend this towing company. I recommend the owner of this company to re-evaluate all employees and, give them the necessary training. Like I said before all the employees refused to give any service or hand the phone over to the manager or any contact information of the manager.
TERRIBLE customer service. We have had to use them twice in the last 2 weeks and both times the driver was over an hour later than the ETA given. The second time they were well over 2 hours late. I understand that things happen, but if you can't even be bothered to call and give a revised ETA to someone who is stranded by the roadside, you need to reevaluate the way you are doing business. USAA needs to drop these guys from their roadside assistance program. Unacceptable.
The mechanic, Dave, is extremely helpful. My vehicle has been giving me issues since another mechanic botched a job, so I asked Dave to take a look at it. After the first fix was unsuccessful, he asked me to bring the vehicle back to him so he could continue diagnosis free of charge. He's knowledgeable and friendly. I would (and have) recommend to a friend.
Needed a car towed. Called insurance company at 12:30. Was told somebody from this company would be there by 2:30. At 3:45, received another text saying they wouldn't be there until 3:45. At 5:30 I was told that they could/would not be towing the vehicle. Had to call the insurance company to schedule another service. These people are about as wirthless as they come.
