Worst Harley dealership for parts and service. We were traveling and had some minor issue, needed to stop for a simple part. After waiting 20 min to talk to the parts guy and the given the wrong thing twice. We got the right bolt after removing one from the bike. Then service totally dumped us after we thought they were gonna help out by lending us real wrenches. They were totally rude and unhelpful towards us. To that says it all. Stay away!!
Attended the Basic Rider Course here - was a great class, great instructors, everyone at the Dealership was beyond friendly. Overall a great experience.
Usual selection of over priced Harley gear. Staff is great with helping your location parts. Store is always clean, staff is always friendly.

Update: Brought a bike in for MD safety inspection today. Took about an hour, once again everyone at the dealership was above and beyond friendly.
Great service dept. Poor sales dept. Let me walk away with cash in my pocket for a new Ultra Limited over a few hundred dollars. Bought new Limited from Old Glory next day, cash. Dumb. Very short sighted. Lots of friends that buy new bikes. To owner, your new bike sales staff (African American dude, don't remember his name) is costing you $ and loss of business. When another HD dealer can sell me the exact same new bike for $1000 less, wake up.
