If I could give 10 stars I would! These last 5 months I have suffered from a spinal injury that affects my walking and lifting ability. Shopping has to be planned to be successful. I want to thank Sams Club here in Frederick, MD for always being so helpful with retrieving, assisting to my truck and loading all my items for me. All of their guys that get the carts and then assist me, you are my heroes! Thank you for making my life a little easier. I will always be loyal to this store because of the efforts from the front end up to the management who give 110% customer service. True team work there!
Had no problems.BUT wish THEY come back with the individualy frozen Apple turnovers.OMG THEY WERE DELISH!!!!!
Good place, great prices. Yes you may have to buy some things in bulk but there are lots of other things too. I have even bought my phone here, around the holidays they have incentives like a Sam's gift card with phone purchase.
it was quiet and an enjoyable shopping experience. I liked the pants I bought for my son, but they didn't have his size in each color. I am hoping the pairs I picked out for him fit and he likes them. Otherwise, I may have to return them.
Been to this location 4-5 times. Main shopping area is pretty much like every other Sam's Club (orderly, clean, good to go). The café area in this Sam's Club has been consistently disappointing. Usually staffed with one person, very slow to take orders and provide food. Pizza's frequently are unappealing (obviously out for too long), hot dogs overdone. The seating and drink dispensing area are also consistently underserviced and hence dirty. Last time I went I (building was nearly empty) I was told I would need to wait 30 minutes if I REALLY wanted a chicken sandwich.... Management needs to give this café an overhaul to corporate standards.
