Great service, professional knowledgeable staff, and the price was right. It did take about 2 hours to get thru the transaction but buying s cell phone today is worse than buying a car. Overall it was worth my time.

I've never felt compelled to write a review until now...THIS SPRINT STORE IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!! I am filing a corporate complaint in addition to this, as when I asked for their store's manager/district manager's name, Sam and his associate--the only other man who works there, dark-skinned, dark hair, hid his nametag--would only give me their corporate number...as a former wireless store employee I know this tactic is only to put off customers, at My store we were required to give the manager & district manager's name if asked. I was all set to switch from At&T to Sprint for the iPhone 4S, I tried to pre-order but it was sold out. I went to this Sprint kiosk in FSK mall, and they "put me on the list", and assured me it would be in by the following Tuesday (it was Friday). Well, Tuesday came & went, so I called the kiosk store, and they took down my name & number AGAIN to "place me on the list"--as if I'd never been on in the first place! They also told me, "Do not call again inquiring the iPhone 4S, WE WILL CALL YOU"........ 4 days later, after no word, I call again, and AGAIN they "place me on the list" after taking my name & number for the THIRD time, assuring me they will call me (!!)....Two Full Weeks after that Friday, about a week after my last call, I call and they tell me I am not on the list at all, the only people on the list are ones who came in & put down a $100 deposit!! I go into the store to speak to a manager, to find out why I was brushed off for so long & not informed about this, and as soon as I voice my complaint, I am brushed aside and ignored by the two employees who rush to assist other customers waiting who are signing up for sprint! After speaking with me, they signed-up a full THREE CUSTOMERS that had been waiting after me, before giving me their attention when the business died down!!! Every time I asked for their manager/district manager's name, they simply handed me a store card and said "You can just call Corporate then." The only explanation for why an employee hadn't called me and told me about the deposit to get on the waiting list--which, he said, they didnt know about for Three days after the phone came out--and I was calling in since day one! Yet no one could mention this to me or call me to let me know until a full TWO WeeKs after they'd gotten notice--was "I dont know." with a shrug. i will NOT be signing up with Sprint afterall--even Verizon has better customer service than that! I'd rather re-new with At&T or switch to Verizon any day afer my experience with Sprint by Now Mobile store's awful customer service--clearly, commission is all they are after!!! i can only imagine how they treat you after purchase if you have a problem with your phone! I WILL be filing a complaint, or several, with Corporate, and calling daily until I speak with the district manager! I wouldn't be complied to follow up so thoroughly if I'd even gotten an apology or decent explanation from the employee I'd been dealing with since day one, or even gotten decent customer service after I voiced my problem--and I voiced it quite nicely, and turned irritated after their rude customer service. ZERO STARS--ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE--ALL ABOUT COMMISSIONS
Don't make the switch it's not worth it I can barely look at instagram or Snapchat on the go
