They removed a wall from our basement in order to open up the entire room and now we cannot believe the amount of space we have to utilize. Craig and his team of contractors were the most professional and courteous men I have ever met, and I was utterly impressed with their knowledge of home building as well as the level of genuine enthusiasm they showed for their profession. Craig gave my husband and I constant updates on the progress of the job and his workers left our home SO CLEAN every time they came and went. Another aspect that impressed me was Craig's willingness to explain to me other home improvement inquiries I had. As a new homeowner, I had many questions about window replacements, door hinges, dryer vents, etc. and Craig very willingly helped me answer all of these questions. He is very resourceful and good at what he does. I highly recommend Braddock Builders to anyone considering any home remodeling or maintenance and repair and will continue to use them in the future.
We originally approached a bathroom remodeling project in our century-old home with little more than a modest budget and a few vague ideas about what we wanted to do. Craig was instrumental in helping us to articulate a design we could afford that was harmonious with the historical character of the house while incorporating certain necessary modern elements, but also flexible enough to accommodate changes anticipated over the course of the demo phase. His knowledge of local construction resources suitable for some of the customized work was invaluable to us, and he was able to coordinate his work schedule with theirs so that the entire job was completed in just a few days.
