Turning Point a program of Way Station take advantage of people, employees and clients. They push their employees with minimal staffing afraid to ask for help from Frederick resulting in depriving and neglecting the clients needs. The program manager hates everyone, from the director to the nurse practitioner and her employees. I do believe she may be in need of mental health care but Way station in Frederick just wants everything hush hush and should you speak up, you will be fired the very next day. Corporate compliance is a joke, just a way to weed out the ones who will not follow unethical behavior, then their canned.
