Very bad services, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. First of all, I called to schedule a appointment with a technician on Saturday between 8:00am-10:00am and the tech didnt show up until 4:30pm after calling them like 15 times. I end up paying $190 dollars for the guy to give a diagnostic on what was wrong with my washer and a minor cleaning. At the end he didnt fix what he was call for. I asked for a refund because nothing was fix and they said no. Very fishy as well, the guy didnt want to take a check or credit card, just cash. Maybe he is taking more money and reporting less for the company that hires him. Again, if you want a serious professional technician call someone else, trust me when i tell you this.
