I dropped the suit off on a Monday and was told it would be ready on Wednesday. I was surprised to receive a call on Tuesday, telling me that I could pick the suit up at any time. In anticipation of the second round of heavy snowfall that we were supposed to receive on Tuesday night, and in remembering that I needed the suit for my trip by Thursday, they gave me rush service at no extra charge so that I could pick my items up before the roads were expected to become quite bad. And even with the rush service, the quality was excellent! I'll be giving them all of my dry cleaning business.
