Excellent customer service and carpet cleaning. Setting up our service was efficient and done at a time convenient to us. Teddy was very professional and knowledgeable and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Will definitely use Spectrum again.
Very wonderful job. Have a baby on the way and Josh assured me all cleaning solutions used were very safe. Carpets look like new. Very great price and an amazing job well done. Great people to work with. Always courteous and they do a fine job of cleaning. I prefer the "soap and water" method they use and have always been very pleased with their work.
I was very pleased. They cleaned my sectional & the carpet throughout my condo. Unfortunately it took some work to get the equipment up to the third floor & they had to connect to my washing machine! Furniture was protected and even offered a fan for drying. It looked great for an entire day until my cats starting puking up huge fur balls..
They located, using a black light, and removed the dog urine smell from our apartment. What a relief! I would give them five stars but they had an emergency sewer backup and were two hours late getting to our job. The carpet cleaning was excellent with no residue after the final rinse.
