I go to this cleaner regularly for dry cleaning and alterations and have always been pleased with the service. It is close to home but I would use this cleaner even if I did t live nearby.
I've used them a few times, but the last two times they've really messed up what I gave them. I had them sew a button back onto a vest which had black cloth covered buttons, and while they did that alright, one of the other buttons came off in their store and they replaced it with a white plastic button - total mismatch. Also, I had them clean and press several pants with french cuffs on the legs, and they missed the original crease line on the cuffs. On one pair they actually pressed the cuffs open - no cuff at all.
This is the best cleaners I have ever been to and operated by a very, very nice family. I have been using them for years and have never been disappointed. They are always cheerful and courteous and my clothes have always arrived back on time or before they promise them and looking excellent. I lived in Frederick for years but now live in Boonsboro and still use this cleaners because they do such a great job. Rosemary Debes
