Cassandra was the listing agent for a property that I purchased and she made the transaction extremely difficult. She was unresponsive, and when she did actually return a phone call, she was, at best, unhelpful. All of that on top of the fact that she mislead us about the seller's willingness to repair a plumbing leak just to get the deal done. Yes, the seller was willing to repair the leak, but she never mentioned that it was coming out of the seller concessions until the very end. She's probably great to have on your team if she's listing your home, but beware of buying one of her listings.
