Maybe it's new management or something, but the whole experience there is just blah.
It's just not a good place anymore. When they opened a few years ago the service was great, but now they just don't care. We were given dirty plates for our appetizers and had to ask for clean ones. The women's bathroom didn't have toilet paper in two of the stalls when we first got there, and then an hour later when we left to wash our hands and noticed that those same stalls still didn't hadn't been restocked.
The food was fine once it arrived, the problem is really with the staff and the overall "who cares" atmosphere of the place.
I have had better meals at McDonalds! Service was poor. Food was under cooked and not hot. Appetizer came out with the main course. Would not recommend anyone to eat here!
Perfectly cooked medium rare hamburger. Calamari was not overcooked. Which I was very happy about. Ordering calamari is usually a Gamble and this time it paid off. Waitress was very friendly and service was excellent
Good food. Pizza is good, burgers are good. The Avacado egg rolls are a must, and the monkeybread pizookie as well.
This was our second disappointing trip there in a row. The first time we thought maybe it was a fluke, but now I don't think we will go back.
Food was good, beer was good. Waiter was a little spacey and forgetful, the kitchen was a little slow. Interested in going back to see if service is better. Product good, service just ok.
