This was my first experience with The Temple, although my daughter and her friend has used them before. I was very happy with my color and cut and have made another appointment to get some highlights. Their communication with me about discussing what they were going to do and how much it would cost was exceptional. The teachers were very good and came often to see how things were progressing. The only negative thing I would say is that it took longer than I expected but all in all that was fine. Make sure you don't have a deadline!
After the salon I had frequented for more than a decade charged me double for my cut and color, and then the stylist gave me a lopsided cut, I decided it was time to seek out a new salon. The solution: a salon of energized and enthusiastic students and instructors. I had two students and two instructors caring for me on my last visit. Talk about personal attention!
My stylist, Jessica, was very professional and ask several questions regarding the result I wanted. She always made me feel comfortable and we even shared a few laughs. My cut and style was perfect. It was a new do for me and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. The Temple is a great place to get your hair done, no matter what it is you're requesting
My daughter's favorite and only salon! All the students are super professional and extremely nice. On top of having great prices, they have specials throughout the year that I always look forward to and take advantage of. I recommend to all my friends. The timing does not bother me at all- it ensures the results we want. I only cut my hair once every 2years because I donate my hair and my haircut becomes free. Can't beat that.
As an older woman with very thin, fine hair, I am extremely happy with the cut I received today from Level 1 stylist Alexandra supervised by Ashley. They were very attentive and responsive to my preferences and requests while still giving me a stylish, feminine cut that suits my head and face shapes, and is wonderfully simple to care for (I'm the wash, finger fluff and go sort) and easily style if I wish. They recommended products but did not over-push them as other salons have done. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to others.
