I purchased a 2017 raptor 90 for my son Friday and took it back Tuesday. After 2 hours of riding, noticed smoke coming out the back. Had my son park it and checked the oil. 0 oil. The dealer charged $125 for "service" to a new vehicle at purchase. All they did was put gas in it, they were supposed to also look at oil. I bought the floor model since it was all they had. I put in a quart of oil and dipstick still showed only slightly above full. Now they want $1500 to take it back since it's used. Otherwise to take the engine apart and fix parts and give it back. I find this small business to be a fake. If they're honest people, they would acknowledge that you can't run an engine with little oil and think you can fix it as good as new. Yamaha has lost a customer and Honda has gained. It's not over.
Only 1 other new 2017 Speed Triple within 150 miles and they still gave me a great deal. Bill was great to work with and Richard really gave it that personal touch and showed that he appreciates the business.
I bought a Triumph T120 black today and the overall experience was fantastic. I even witnessed the other salesman providing great customer service. From start to finish the entire process was smooth. Highly recommend buying a bike from these guys.
The salesman was very honest and didn't try to upsell me on anything or get me to pay for services I didn't need.
