I had a good experience. Got there around 2:00pm and was the only guy in the store. The fella working there was great. He answered a bunch of questions for me and he was very knowledgeable. I give him five stars!
If I could leave zero stars, I would! They are rude and stand there and harass and belittle you the whole time about guns- even though I am a military veteran and gun enthusiast! They also entered in the wrong model number, so when the MSP denied the application the very next day, they never called and told me! Only after I called a week later did they tell me. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND IM GOING TO HERTAGE! AVOID THIS PLACE!! RUDE AND LAZY!!
This is the worst gun store I have been to and I've been in the military for well over a decade. I walked into this store to purchase a few items and stood at the counter waiting on the owner to greet me. He glared at me a few times but still decided to run his chops to his buddy about fishing, while i stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. I left and decided I would drive all the way to VA to purchase firearms before I patronize this business! Thank God for the machine guns nest. I'm greeted with a smile everytime I walk in!!!
If I could give this place less than one star I would. Customer service is horrible and prices are way to high. I will never go back to this store!!!
As many others have pointed out already, the owner and staff have a real attitude problem. They seem to enjoy making customers feel ignorant for asking questions about firearms. I've been there several times and the staff always behaves as though I'm intruding on their own private little club. They are smug and can't be bothered to help customers. There are numerous other gun stores in this area, so do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.
