After the sales I thought the poor service was over.....
The Lady in the Service department - always has an attitude and very rude no customer service at all.
When asked basic and simple questions she always responds very hostile , angry or annoyed.

due to the Mannerism of his staff but Bill Baisey was just as nasty and rude. Threatening me in his dealership for money that his finance manager lied about and walked passed stating “You People”
This dealership is a total lie from the salesmen Brian to the finance department Frank to the service department Mark even the OWNER himself Bill Baisey.
Very friendly repair staff, have purchased 4 cars from here, very easy to work with.
I do not recommend this place for a enjoyable car buying experience!!!!!!

Don’t step into the finance office with Frank he will rob you blind by telling you lies from your finance company that you required to purchase GAP issuance and service plans that benefits the dealership also will tell the finance company that you have a higher down payment then what was agreed at the time of the purchase.
He went as far as telling the sales rep would be fired if I didn't agreed to do certain things. Very intimidating and made me feel very uncomfortable.
Frank in finance is very unprofessional and made my first car buying experience horrible.

We had a very good experience purchasing a new 2017 Kia Optima from Brian Berkman. We got very good pricing and without a hassle. Brian was excellent and very helpful thru the entire process. This is my third Kia from Baisey and have always found my best deals there. I highly recommend them.
