I was in a rush the day of purchase, they prepared the paperwork ahead of time, they sent a driver to pick me from NVA. I was in and out the dealership in about 30min. it's smooth.
Wonderful and HONEST service on my S80!! Thought I needed a battery but was told I didn't! They won't sell or charge you for something you don't really need!! Refreshing to feel safe as a woman at a dealership knowing they won't do unnecessary work just to charge you more! Be sure to ask for Tom as your service representative!! AAA+ experience!!

You supported us in exactly what we needed, to evaluate information in order to make a decision. We initially wanted to trade into a V60, but ended up with an XC60 and are very pleased with the decision. We intend to make our future purchases from Ourisman without hesitation.
Nice dealership. They do excellent work but although everyone was nice, I never felt they were interested in me as a customer as much as I felt my wallet was more important to them but that's the way it is everywhere.
