Debby was fantastic to work with and actually made the used car buying experience a pleasure. (When was the last time you experienced that?) Extremely down to earth, fun, friendly and totally no pressure to buy. It was more like visiting with a friend than dealing with the stereotypical used car salesman. She tolerated going on 5 test drives with me in the very cold weather and never uttered a complaint even though I could tell she was freezing. Thanks for being a champ! She took care of all of the paperwork quickly and I was in and out in no time after I finally settled on a vehicle.
They had a great selection of cars to choose from and, if you do your market research, at a great price. I got my Audi A3 for about $1000 less than their next closest competitor. Well worth the 90 minute drive. I'll be checking them first from now on.

My car broke down and I managed to limp it to Motorworld for service. The repairs needed were extensive, so I decided not to have the car fixed. Despite not providing them any business, the staff allowed me to leave my car there for 5 days while I sorted out time to come retrieve my belongings and get a tow company to retrieve the car. They even took the time to help me look for another vehicle. The kindness and patience of this business is truly exceptional and I would highly recommend looking at their shop for service or their lot for sales! When I found out that my old car needed repairs for more than what it was worth, I decided to bite the bullet and just get a new car. I had my eye on a 2015 Subaru Forester, which is now mine, that had been sitting in their lot for a few months. I was helped out by Debbie. she was the friendliest, personable, funny, engaging, courteous and professional representative that I have ever worked with. She made me feel very comfortable and at home. My old car was worth barely anything as a trade in, and she worked tirelessly to give me something for the car to help me out a little bit which I greatly appreciate. Had I taken it somewhere else then I would have probably gotten nothing and paying more for something else. She showed that she genuinely cared for the customer more than the profit. There was some bargaining of course but we were able to come to an amicable agreement. And thanks to her hard work, I am now a proud Subaru owner. Great car, great dealership.
