Jim is a great mechanic and is very trustworthy. He works with you and makes recommendations to keep you and your car safe and sound. He services all of our cars and we are extremely happy with everything he has done for us over the years.

We took our car to Advanced Automotive Repair and dealt with Kim on the phone and Jim in person. They both were a delight to deal with and we felt that we were in good hands immediately. Jim is the type of mechanic that everyone should know and use, he has a "Don't fix it if it isn't broken!" philosophy, much unlike your typical car dealer's service center. This saves you money and time and makes you want to bring your vehicle back to him for service. He explains things and makes sure you understand what he is explaining. He takes the time to make sure that you are happy with what he is going to do and then takes the time to make sure that you are still happy after he is done. I don't think that you will find a friendlier mechanic anywhere in the area! Not only is Jim, a car guy, he is a people person too. We are very happy with the service we receive from his organization.
