Went around to 5 different body shops in Frederick for different quotes. Frederick Auto Body gave me a competitive quote compared to the other body shops! Definitely happy for the service and professionalism and most of all the price they gave me. They definitely earned my business and I will refer anyone else to them.
Extremely disappointed with the condition of my car when I picked it. Especially that they left deer blood on my wheel the entire time it was being fixed causing it to bake onto the wheel in the summer heat. Needless to say, after I picked the car up three weeks later, the blood did not completely come off. I couldn't wash it before drop off because I needed the insurance adjuster to see that I actually hit a deer. Your employees couldn't have rinsed it off? Disgusting. Also, my undercarriage was still dragging on the ground when I pulled away, I had to go back and all they did was cut it off...isn't that supposed to be replaced if it was damaged? I will never let them touch my car again.
